Strategic Planning Competences for Charter Schools Leaders in Saudi Arabia

چکیده

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على كفايات التخطيط الاستراتيجي لمدراء المدارس المستقلة. واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي (النظري) وذلك عن طريق تحليل الأدب التربوي المرتبط بمتغيرات وهما والإدارة المدرسية. بالرجوع الأدبيات التي تناولت قائد المدرسة، والمدارس المستقلة، وكفايات كمصادر للاشتقاق. وقد تم بناء قائمة المستقلة ضمن أربعة محاور أساسية وهي التفكير الاستراتيجي، تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية، التقويم والمتابعة. ويتضمن كل محور منها مجالين هما الكفايات المعرفية ويقصد بها الحد الأدنى من معارف ومهارات الواجب توافرها لدى المدرسة والكفايات الأدائية ممارسات في وجاءت أبرز مقترحات البحث بضرورة اجراء المزيد الدراسات التربوية المقارنة حول متغيرات العامة
